I have a problem with Robot recognising a grid layout in the product I am testing.
The GUI is java based (written in j++) and it also uses things like Janus gridEX (microsoft activex extension).
Janus girdEX gives the GUI a similar look and feel to microsoft outlook. The grid I am having problems with is the equivalent of all the messages in the your email inbox. Robot recognises this window, but not all the individual rows and columns that are displayed in there. (I need to be able to do verification on the values in this grid)
I am not sure exactly how to fix this. One thing to mention is that when I run the java enabler and it finds all the jre's on my system, it doesn't find jview. Is also be something that I haven't set up with regards to activex that I need to?? Or maybe Robot just doesn't like jview??
