Robot Best Practices
I'm looking for some Best Practices on Recording with Robot to minimize modifications during reuse.
Any information would be very helpful.

The best practice is the one that most commonly gives you the results that you desire.
During recording?!? I guess the only one I can think of is "record lots of little modular scripts and tie them together using a shell script and custom functions in libraries"
Most of the mods are going to be doing during the edit phase, not the record phase.
