A highly advanced bug is indistinguishable from a feature.
The answer is YOU CAN BUT..... As Suite is built on the Test Manager. Create a shell script and include all the scripts you want to execute and thus you will avoid the manager. DON'T forget the test log still calls the Test Manager.
WHAT are you trying to do??
You can write your results to Excel and/or txt but you will have to make coding changes on your script to do so and then turn off the test log output
