    global variables

    hi out there!

I just tried to access a variable, which is declared as "Global" in my Header.sbh included in two different scripts of one suite.
Assigning a value to this variable in the first script I am not able to access this value in the second script (i only get a NULL-value)
In the manual they sey, that headerfiles are to make variables available to different scripts.

    did I something wrong ???

    need some help - thanx

    Re: global variables

    Hi,
Check your script and verify that you did not redefine your "Global" variable. This usually cases issues.

    Re: global variables

    Hi,

Have you ensured that value is being assigned properly? Just a precaution.

    Re: global variables

Yes, I checked it all. Definition and assignement is ok (and fully checked!!)
Within one script (module) the "Global" declaration works fine (between the subroutines)

Is there any special suite-configuration to enable variable-sharing between different scripts of one suite?

    thanx for your answer

    randy
