RobotJ not giving ambiguous object found for disabled controls
Here is one problem that I am facing while working on a Java swing based GUI.
I am using RoboJ for automation of GUI testing. The problem is that RoboJ is
unable to recognize an object that is disabled. So, for example, if I have
three buttons A, B and C on a GUI and out of that A is disabled and B and C
are enabled then my script that simply gets the property of A (using getProperty)
gives an error (using Test Manager), Ambigous Object recognition and tells that
two objects B nad C are found. However, A is not found. If however, A is enabled
then the script works fine and is able to recognize the object A.
The problem made me to check the issue using Test map. However, the result was
same because as I try to find object A using highlight feature it goes to object B.
and not to A. Ofcourse, with B and C test map's highlight feature works fine as
these are enabled. And so I get the correct response from test map when I make A enable.
