Siebel 7 Call Center and Robot automation
I have a situation where we have done a proof of concept on Siebel Call Center web interface with Rational Robot 2002 and the only thing Robot could get at is the Ordinal number for the control. It could not get the control name (if Siebel uses them).
Has anyone else used Robot with Siebel Call Center (I found an old thread from 2001, but it did not provide any clues). Could you get the Object Name? If not, then how did you handle the situation with Ordinal's only.
