Start Powerpoint. Switch to robot, click on GUI recording, give it a name and then do whatever you want to do in Powerpoint. At some points you will be prompted for objects that Robot doesn't understand, just click generic. Once you have achieved what you want then click the stop button.
when you want to replay the script simply open Powerpoint to same position as started.
All the microsoft products can be controlled instantiating an object as follows:
Dim AppPPT As Object
Set AppPPT = CreateObject("PowerPoint.Application")
AppPPT.Visible = True
' If you want to hide the PowerPoint Window, set the visible property
' to FALSE and WithWindow argument of Open method to FALSE too.
' Use .PrintOptions property to specify any additional settings
' Set background printing off else, PowerPoint will terminate
' before printing is completed.
.PrintOptions.PrintInBackground = False
.PrintOptions.PrintInBackground = True
Set AppPPT = Nothing
