Subject: sqashellexecute and passing parameters
Has anyone else had any luck or trouble with passing options that are in the
sqashellexecute command. I am trying to pass some into a java application
and it seems that they are not being put on the command line.
Here is my command options in blue:
sqashellexecute "sas.dbuilder.app.jar", "c:\databuilder\3.0",
Does anyone see any problems with this command. I know the commands are
valid because I can execute them from the command line, which is where I am
assuming this script is executed. Any ideas where I can begin to debug?

Dont you need a java engine to execute the class in the jar?
java [-options] class [args...] (to execute a class)
java -jar [-options] jarfile [args...] (to execute a jar file)
Easiest way is to execute a *.lnk file that supplies the proper param
string and start that.
Else look at StartJavaApplication
Class:="AwtSimple",CP:="E:\VisualCafePDE\BIN\COMPO NENTS\SYMBEANS.JAR;C:\JviewJavaApps\AwtSimple.Jar" ,JvmKey:="Jview"
