How to restart computer in Rational Robot test script

The robot is capable of being driven from the command line. Therefore you
could use a windows api call to close down all active windows and reboot the
machine and have robot start automatically when windows reboots, log into a
specified project with a specified user name and password and run a defined
script. Obviously in you case you would want it to run a shell script that
launches appB and does whatever you want.
Reading the manual might help you achieve your goals.
