Probably caused by the previous "trivial" fix.

The term "trivial" only recently (last 6-7 years, it seems) is in vogue for
those I've worked with. And mostly the younger guys. Wonder if it's part of
the current lingo-fad in colleges. Might be "dev-speak" for "someone screwed
up something really simple, like mispelling your own name."
