Rational tech note on getting Robot username

While browsing through the Rational tech notes (which are quite good
overall), I found this one on "Retreiving the user ID of the user running
a script in Robot 6.x". In more recent versions of Robot, this value is
stored in the Windows Registry, and can be obtained at runtime.
Here are the values for Robot 2000.02.10:
RootKey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER (Const HKEY_CURRENT_USER = &H80000001)
KeyName: "\Software\Rational Software\Rational Test\7\History"
