Gone UAW property

I have a problem with TestManager output logs: they don't show any of the
Unexpected Active Windows screen shots. Error message I am getting is:
"Unable to display UAW file. Missing property in the output log -
_TMS64." It all worked fine for months, until I deleted some logs that had
failed to open. After that I re-installed the TM, but to no avail - same
problem, same message. I called Rational support, but they just shrug
The UAW screen shot was actually one of the very few handy features in TM,
and I am very disappointed. Anybody has any relevant experience/insights?

I think the problem has to do with the hierarchy it uses to store test
results (by test station, script and build-id) being corrupted or missing
some required data.
Here are two different ways you might resolve your problem:
Option 1: Switch to a fresh data repository/database. Create a new test
repository (test datastore) and copy only the required test assets into
the new repository. Verify that the new repository works as expected,
then delte the old repository.
Option 2: Test Repository uses MS Access database. Make a backup copy of
the test repository database using MS Access 97/2000, identify residual
offending data, and fix and/or purge it carefully. Don't do this if you
are not familiar with how databases work, and particularly how this one is
