Difference Global.sbh & DandO.sbh
User April (firstname.lastname@example.org) posted:
Earlier while I defined functions and variables
within DandO.sbh(Repository level) my script din't
had any problem. But now when I try to seperate
the Commons that I am going to use in all the
projects into global.sbh, the scipt gives a
message that listed variables within global.sbh
are not declared. I created both the DandO.sbh
and Global.sbh at repository level. If I put
the the variables back into DandO.sbh the
scripts work fine.
I don't understand what is the real problem??
Hope someone can tell me what is wrong.
Re: Difference Global.sbh & DandO.sbh
Not quite an answer. I had somehow similar problem with SBH files - script could not see the dimensions of array described in header file. As I found out, the problem was that I used Windows copy-paste feature to create header file (created file in the Robot, and then pasted there variables definitions from another Windows application, say, Outlook). I could not make it to work untill I rewrote all definitions in Robot. I suppose, Windows copy-paste adds some invosoble symbols to the lines which Robot does not understand. So, if you used copy-paste, just check it...
