    Passing array back from Function?

User Rino Van Dam (RVanDam@psakids.com.nospam) posted:

Is it possible to pass an array back to a sript from a function? The
archive only talks about the passing of arrays into a function.

Right now, I use a global variable that holds the array and read it that
way, but passing it directly from the function would be better.

    Thanks.

    Rino

    Rino,

If you pass your array into the function, you can get
it after the function exits. You can see any changes
the function did with the array.
You needn't have a global variable to hold the array.
You can have any variable, so that it can be visible
everywhere you want to access it.
