Recognizing EditBoxes by Name in WIN32
We are testing a Win32 application developped in C/C++.
Actually, our EditBoxes are recognized by object index method only (ID recognizion cannot work as our app doesn't use IDs).
We are wondering if there is a way to improve our code, permitting a recognizion by 'Name' with Rational Robot.
Here is a part of our Edit_Create function :
HWND Edit_Create (HWND hPere,unsigned int nEditID,int nEditOrd, int nEditAbs)
struct EditStruct* pStruct;
char szGauche [MAXSTR];
char szDroit [MAXSTR];
hEdit = CreateWindowEx (WS_EX_CLIENTEDGE,
(pStruct->nStyle == 1) ? "" : pStruct->szDefaultTexte ,
Font_ChangeFont (hEdit, EDIT_TYPE);
Does anyone see how we could modify this code so Robot could somehow determine a 'Name' property ?
