Java Test Enabler

when I am trying to install Java Test Enabler I got the following error:
(the file ikernel.exe was not copied to the directory c:\Program
Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine\6\Intel 32)
I have jdk1.2.2 installed on my pc
any body have an idea about that? any help will be really appreciated!

for whatever you may use this, the ikernel file is used by installshield,
but I have no idea why it can't be copied. The files are probably used for
uninstallation and such. All I have to offer are a few guesses. Maybe you
have an older version of ikernel.exe in the directory that is write
protected? Or have you instatiated install shield twice so that it put a
lock on it itself? Do you have administrator rights on your system?

PS: Reboot the system and do the installation anew without doing anything
else might also do the trick.
Want Windows XP? I have a whole lot of unwanted windows experiences already,
why ask for more?
