There shouldn't be for the amount you've stated but one thing to check is, is your SQL statement (I presume its a SELECT) syntax correct e.g. are table names, etc all case correct and the file directory you are retrieving to correct.
Check to see if a file is created in the directory you specify because one thing I have noticed with RObot is it can go into an infinite loop and just create a file as big as the space you have left on your hard drive (if you let it).
