Is this on Win2000? or ME?

If your goal is to capture this block of text, read the entire contents and
use SQABasic commands to parse out the text you are after.

Subject: Key Combinations not being accepted during playback.
I am using TeamTest 2001 with Win2K and I am having a problem with keyboard
combinations recording OK, but not playing back. I am trying to capture a
block of text from the middle of a notepad document. Actually it is the
ViewSource from an IE browser page opened in notepad. The block of text
a unique leading test segment and a unique end text segment. I open the
FIND tool in Notepad and search for the leading text segment. Then I press
the document. Then I press <DELETE> to remove the text.
My problem come during playback when the <CTRL><SHIFT> combination should
pressed. What happens is only the <HOME> key and then the <DELETE> keys
activated. Does anyone have a clue as to why this might be happening?
Rational Support has not solved this issue with over a month to work on it,
not even a suggestion from them.
Thanks for any insight.
