syntax for window setcontext when using wildcards

    User andy wong (AWong@exceedcommerce.com) posted:

    Hi All Again,

this was my alternative to the first email:

    original:
    Window SetContext, "Caption=Pipe: AWong_1031_1432_Pipe_1;ChildWindow", ""

when I did this, it freezes:
    Window SetContext, "Caption={Pipe: AWong_1031_*_Pipe_1;ChildWindow}", ""

Question: why don't robot recognize the wildcard? I tried removing braces
    but that didn't help.

I'm not sure, but I think you've got the closing brace in the wrong place.
It should be before the semicolon, because childwindow is part of the
    caption command.

somebody mention this in the past couple of weeks,

If the caption contains ";" you have to change the default seperatorchar
    before the "windowset context" statement.

    See: SQASetSeperatorChar in SQABasic Help.

Remember to change it back after the "windowset context" or the remainder of
    you script will fail.
