One of our potential client asked us to demo testing for C/S application.
Their internal codes are written in C/C++ with CORBA interface. Thay want to
test their middleware that they developed.
The question is, except for the performance testing, do Purify, Quantify or
Purecoverage support CORBA? I know that it supports IIOP when VU testing is

It's correct IIOP is supported..

They do not support a protocol, IIOP, per se. Nor is CORBA a programming
language in its own right. It is a design/implementation/interface
specification, so it's implemented in C++, Java, and equivalent OO
languages. So, test the implementing DLLs or .class/.jar files. Worked for
me once upon a time.
Alternately, create a test stub application in whichever OO language
you/your development staff are most comfortable with, to expose the CORBA
interfaces, and use Robot to drive that.
