install of test agent
User Lee Rector (lrector@NSISW.COM) posted:
do I need to load TeamTest(testmanager, and robot) on the machine that will
be an Agent?
I would like to have one of our machines be an Agent to our lab machine that
runs the robot script...we have teamteast
loaded on machine in lab and it contains the license. Would like an
upstairs machine to contain the agent to run
scripts on the lab machine.
Any detailed input appreciated!

Agent can be installed as a stand alone. No license is required install the
agent on a machine. You could install agent on multiple machines. Licenses
is required when Test manager attempts to run the scripts on the agent
machine. Each Test manager install has the initial ablity to control one
agent computer. If you have 5 licenses of TestStudio, Each Test Manager can
control only its agent. To control mulitple agents from a TestManager,
additional Agent licenses must be bought.
