If I upgrade to 2001 can I still use the 2000 perm license.
And concerning new terminonolgy. Is a test-case, now again a test-script.

Nope, you have to change it.
At least we had to and we used Performance Studio before.
We actually reverted back to the 2000 version because we found too many errors in 2001 (even after service pack 1 and several patches). We also found that the license policy is now more strictly enforced through the product than before, which prevents us from working in the same fashion as before. (Which was completely legal btw)
The functional test stuff is probably going to work OK, but I am dissappointed with the performance test functionality integration.
