Rational Robot. Also there used to be an option in test manager to import

Yes you have to shut down Robot and restart it to connect to a differnet project.
Yes you CAN TRANSFER scripts to a different project with Administrator.
You create a new project and configure it pointing to a datastore as a source and it will create a new datastore. The problem is that it will copy the whole project to a new project and not the scripts you want.
Rational are you listening??? We want to switch between projects without restarting the Big Metal Robot.
