Library functions allow for modular scripting to occur. Each function can
be broken down into re-useable code chucks. These pieces can then be
re-assembled via larger wrapper functions to make up a larger task, all
while re-using your code. Library functions are a must for any automation

A Test proc (.rec) can then call the functions and wrapper functions and
even pass variables to them allowing for many different types of test cases
to be made.
