Can Robot pull the properties from Test Manager?

Got any ideas on how to create a generic script and pass in parameters
through Test Manager? I want to be able to include the script many times
within Test Manager in many different scenarios/test cases, and want to
alter the the way the script performs based on the parameters.
I was thinking about using the Custom Tab in the properties of the script
within Test Manager and setting my parameter values inside there, but I
can't get the script to pull those values.
We have TestSuite 2001 installed.

TestManager isn't available in test agents or virtual users. You'd be
painting yourself into a corner if you went this route.
You might pull the values directly out of the database but who knows if the
database will have the same structure the next version.
