Documentum Load testing
We are facing 3 issues while doing performance testing of documentum using Rational robot.
1) we want to measure the time taken to open the PDF rendition through webtop.
When I double click on the PDF rendition, the combocontainer opens with title - "View: <name of file>.jpg", download descendants checkbox, OK, Cancel buttons.
But when I click on the OK button, the PDF is NOT downloaded in "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Documentum\viewed" folder thro rational. It is downloaded when downloaded manually (without rational).
The script fails with the error,"An error has occurred.
After closing the popup error message window, press the Refresh or Reload button on your browser to continue."
The error cannot be seen while recording.
2) Five users log in twice at the same time in webtop. The script fails randomly for different users each run and with the same error. error in the script only says "an error has occured", there are no error details.
Not sure why this happens. We could proceed if we come to know the error atleast thro rational logs. Is this an issue because the same user is logging in at the same time, which otherwise would not have been possible manually.
3) Since more than one user tries to access webtop, the session might timeout when the rational script is running. Is there a solution to this. Perhaps we could increase the timeout through some configuration change. Pls let me know how this can be done. Or we are not sure whether the timeout thing affects the rational recording.
Pls help,as we need it ******ly. Thanks.
