Viewing execution of performance test
I have been going through the various messages on this board, but could not find an answer to the problem I am having.
I used to use LoadRunner (about eight years ago). Once of the feature that the tool had was the ability to select one of the virtual users, and to display in a window what that virtual user would see, such as the various screen that the script would be going through.
I have search for the same feature in RPT, but cannot seem to find the same thing.
If I select and view my script, I can open the Protocol Data tab, and then look at the Browser or Response Content sub-tabs, but I can only see the browser content from when I recorded the script.
I actually want to see the information that each virtual user would see. Is this possible, or is this one of the limitation of RPF?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Re: Viewing execution of performance test
With version 7.0.2 if you right-click on a test and select Run > Performance Test you can see the browser contents in the Protocol Data viewer. Images loaded from cache will not be displayed. This viewer is only supported for the running of the performance test. It is not supported when running a schedule.
