    Click in the Cell with the name parameter

    I want to click in the Cell using the name in the Cell and not the index numbers:

    ex:
    I want to use this ( but it's not working):
    SysListView32Table().Click(AtCell(AtRow(AtText("Se rveurA")), AtColumn(AtText("Computer name"))))

    for replace this:
    SysListView32Table().Click(AtCell(AtRow(AtIndex(9) ), AtColumn(AtText("Computer name"))))

    have you an idea ??? thks so much

    Re: Click in the Cell with the name parameter

    I think concept of AtCell,AtRow, AtColumn etc being used considering that intent of user is to click at particular row and column rather than on the data. It also helps bring the resiliency in the script, such that script doesn't fail even if data is changed within the cell.
    But here your requirement is similar to finding data in a column and then clicking on it. for ex: here you want to find "ServeurA" text in column "Computer Name". I think you should be able to do it using the Data VP option provided by RFT on tables.

    You can get the data from the table and write a simple logic to iterate through column("Computer Name") in each row and matches its value with "ServeurA".

    Read this topic in forum to read cell value -> "How I can read content of one cell?"
