command line execution of script
How can i run a script through command line?
I found some stuf in IBM site where i can run a command giving the datastore name, script name, classpath etc. But its not working.
Has anyone tried to run a script from a command line (without having to open XDE and clicking the "run" icon)
The idea was to write a shell script which will execute scripts (to automate our build process on eclise) without the engineer having to open, login to XDE and selecting a script and running it through UI
Any suggestions or URls for info would be great!!
Re: command line execution of script
This is documented in the XDE Tester Help (rational_ft class).
What the Help doesn't tell you is that you have to add 2 .jar files to your system classpath: rational_ft.jar and xerces.jar. Search your XDE installation directory for exact path.
