programmatically find and click on an UI object added a script
hi, does anyone know how to programmically search for a test object added to a script? I want to be able to search and click on an object using its unique map id or name (as set in the Adminstrative Properties, and stored in the object map file)
I tried using the following:
TestObject objs = Browser(Document, DEFAULT).getMappableChildren();
However, I can only get the object's RecognitionProperties or normal properties, and those properties are not very unique, so it doesn't help me to uniquely identify the object.
From the IScriptDefinition, I can get the list of test object names added to a script, but what I want is a reference to them so that I can click on them or do other actions on them.
Does anyone have any idea on how to search and get a reference of some UI object added to a particular script using its unique id or name?
