I have recorded the entry of a transaction into a HTML form. This data is sent to a
servlet to be added to a database, control being returned to the HTML form.

To add many transactions - 30 - I have put a for loop around the transaction entry. However
after a random number of transactions, Internet Explorer v6 will crash. The column of combo boxes
on the HTML form disappear and leave a white
square, and a Microsoft dialog says that 'Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs
to close down'. It allows you to send a bug report to Microsoft, which I have done. Apparently there is
no Microsoft fix for this problem.

Has anyone come across this problem and, hopefully, know a work around?
