How do you select an object matching supplied parameters?
for an example, let's assume a set of radio buttons with identical names and unique values. When I record my script and click a button, I get this:
In the object map, RadioButton_vendorItems0vendor has a value property of 40. What I would like to be able to do is create an abstract RadioButtonVendor such that I could tell it to "click the vendor radio button whose value is 40" with code looking something like this:
The reason I need to be able to do this is so that I could put the script in a loop, or either select an item created earlier in the script. Otherwise I'm going to have 5000+ definitions of a radio button, one for every product I have.
Is this possible? I made the topic of my post generic because I would also like to apply this to checkboxes, buttons and other objects.
