If you have 2 Applications opened and you want to perform the operation on one object in the 1 st opened application. If you are directly doing this by object map will show you Ambiguous recognisition exception. But if you are capturing the Process anchor i.e process test object and using that with any object , then it will performs the operation on that object.
NO_STATE is the flag of the object state. Generally when the page is loading and your object is visible on the screen but still your page is showing the busy loading icon, in that cases RFT waits for a default time out period and throws the exception but if you are giving the sate ad NO_STATE it identify's the object and performs the action on that object though the page is still loading.
