Compile script with external library via cmdline
I have a script which has a dependency on a third-party jar file. I have added a reference to the libary in the Java Build Path properties of the RFT Eclipse IDE. I can then build and run the script with no problems.
But I want to be able to compile the script using the RFT command-line interface. The command line does not seem to pick up the entries in the .classpath file of the RFT datastore. I have tried adding the reference to the required jar file in the classpath but it does not seem to be picked up. e.g:
"C:\Program Files\IBM\SDP\jdk\bin\java" -classpath "c:\jacob\jacob.jar;C:\Program Files\IBM\SDP\FunctionalTester\bin\rational_ft.jar " com.rational.test.ft.rational_ft -datastore "C:\RFT\MyProject" -compile MyScript
Results in package "does not exist" errors for the classes in jacob.jar
So how can I build this test from the command-line? Why does the command-line ignore the .classpath file in the project?
