Manual Tester Keywords and Functional Tester (VB)
I originally poster this on the IBM forums, but haven't received any responses yet, so I'm taking my chances posting here to see if I fair any better:
I've looked at the integration between Manual Tester and the Java version of Functional Tester via keywords. My current client wants to implement this, but wants to use Functional Tester in Visual Studio 2005 (VB). I can't find how to use the Manual Tester keywords from within Visual Studio. I've searched the IBM and SQAforums forums and the Web and I can't find anything that tells me how to do this. (There seems to be a real lack of documentation regarding the Rational products, especially in Visual Studio.)
So, the question: Is it possible to use the Manual Tester keywords in Function Tester in Visual Studio? If so, where are the commands located?
Thanks in advance,
Re: Manual Tester Keywords and Functional Tester (VB)
OK, I'll answer my own question:
Per IBM, the Keyword functionality only works in Functional Tester when using Java/Eclipse, not with VB/Visual Studio. It's unknown if, let alone when, this functionality would be added for VB.
