so this command should type "cd $HOME" on the screen and press enter. But this command sometimes type "cd $home" or "cd $HOme" something like that and as Putty is case sensitive so it consider $home as blank instead of changing Dir to $HOME...
I hope the problem is clear now.. and as the problem is not consistent so I can not pass shift key everytime..
