    .Net Add in installation failure

I am facing an issue in installation of .Net Add-In 9.2.
After Installation of .Net add-in , when I invoke QTP , I get "Incompatible version" message mentioned corresponding to .Net add-in" in Add-In manager. Please refer attachment.
    WPF add-in gets successfully installed
    Configuration:
    1. QTP 9.2
    2. .net add-in 9.2
    3. Windows xp with service pack 2.

Kindly can anybody let me know any solution for the above impending issue.

Re: .Net Add in installation failure

Check what version of .NET Framework do you have on your machine.
It should be 2.0 installed before QTP's .NET AddIn.

From what I can remeber QTP addins will install .Net 2.0 framework if they are required (i.e. for .Net & WebService addins).

To have the WPF objects available, you obviously have .Net 3.0 or higher CLR installed. You must remember to run any update in the installation (AddinsUpgrade) directory - e.g. QTP90NET82UPGRADE.exe prior to using the addin.

    Ron,
Thanks for your response. I have the following three addins upgrade in my AddinsUpgrade folder-they are:
    QTP92PS82UPGRADE.exe
    QTP92Siebel80UPGRADE.exe
    QTP92TE80UPGRADE.exe
I do not have the addinsupgrade exe which you have mentioned(QTP90NET82UPGRADE.exe).Is this the reason I get the incompatible version message in my Add-in Manager dialog box.
