Trigger recovery scenario for ANY test run error??
I've created a recovery function which I told the recovery scenario to run on "Any Test Error".
I assumed that this would be triggered by any event which would normally display a red cross error box.
This works fine for errors such as objects not found but when other errors such as a dot net class ateh script uses fails, teh red cross appears.
Is there anyway of saying ANY error which would produce a red cross shoudl be handled?
Re: Trigger recovery scenario for ANY test run err
There are some errors which are treated as VBScript errors. So if the error does not involve a QTP test object then the error won't raise a recovery scenario. A simple example would be below
x = 2/0
Recovery scenarios are only fired when QTP test objects are involved
