Passing parameters to QTP from VB executable

Rather than use the InputBox within QTP, I want to use a VB form to handle my data setup before a run (i.e. input file location, results file location). The code to launch QTP works fine, but I am having trouble passing variables directly into the QTP script itself.

Any help or examples is apprecitated.

    Thanks

Use AOM or write your parameters to file/database for QTP to read.

I think Stefan's suggestion is the way to go. This article from the FAQs provides some information on using "test" parameters (as opposed to "action" parameters). Use these in conjunction with AOM to drive your test in a vbScript that you can execute under WSH. Or you should probably now have enough info to figure out how to exploit these pieces to drive with a VB program.

Lastly, the script could also import a spreadsheet that contains its input values as well.
