Can we call a user defined function whic is present in one Action to another action?. If so please let me know the proceddure how to do?

userdefined functions are stored in function libraries. associate these libaries to your test and you can use the functions included.

Functions defined in one QTP Action can't be called by another Action, as each Action has its own private namespace. The follow thread has an attached document that provides details on this issue:
make them public functions in a library file and associate that with your qtp tests. This way you will be able to call the function in different test cases.
