    Getting \'Path doesnot exist\' error

    Hi,

I have attached all files ( Repository,Library file and Datasheet) in QC.. When i am trying to access the files thro QTP,i am getting 'Path doesnot exist' error. Can anyone pls suggest me about this...

I have used following code :

    Dim qtpApp
    Dim qtplibrary
    Dim qtpTestRecovery
    Dim qtpRepository
    Set qtpApp = CreateObject("QuickTest.Application") ' Create a Application object

    'Importing Data files

qtpApp.Test.DataTable.Import "[QualityCenter] Subject\DIRECT\Datasheet\datasheet.xls" ' Import data from an external file

Importing Library files ( User Defined Functions)

    Set qtplibrary = qtpApp.Test.Settings.Resources.Libraries ' ExecuteFile "[QualityCenter] Subject\DIRECT\Library File\library.vbs"

    Set qtpRepository = qtpApp.Test.Actions("Mortgage").ObjectRepositories
    qtpRepository.RemoveAll
    qtpRepository.Add "[QualityCenter] Subject\DIRECT\Repository\Repository1.tsr",1

    Thanks,
    Subra.

Re: Getting \'Path doesnot exist\' error

    hi,

map your project folder in QTP and select opction "Allow Mercury products........" in Tools --> opctions.

    use Path finder.Locate method

    EX:

    strPath = ("Datasheet\datasheet.xls")
    DataTable.importsheet strPath,1,Global.

    hope this will help.

Is this code running in QTP or through a external VBS file?

Is QTP connected to QC when the code is running or not?
