We just moved our QC server from old to new. The server name is same as before. License server works fine. But while trying to connect to quality center, I am getting "failed to get list of domains". Could anybody plz shed light on this?
Thanks Tarun for the reply. The problem is even going to quality center server, we don't see any domain list and project. All is empty. and we get failed to get list of domains popu. we upgraded qc database from oracle 9.i to 10. Do we need to change any setting in databsae side or server side to work with ne db?
When you did the upgrade , have you upgraded the current schema or used the option of copying the existing schema?
also have you changed the default userId/password, i.e. td/tdtdtd.
one last thing to check. On your QC server installation drive , check if you have 2 folders (Mercuty and Mercury Interactive).
to better address your problem please post under the QC forum since this is not a QTP related issue.
