    How to verify that a button is disabled


    Hi everyone,
    can somebody please let me know how do I verify that a button is disabled, for eg i have a form, when i open the form the OK and SAVE button are disabled, so i have to verify for it and when i enter something in one of the fields it becomes enabled so i have to verify for that also. how do i do it. I have to do the same for one of the Radio buttons also.


    can somebody please help me

    this has been discussed on this forum before...

    use the "disabled" property of your object..i.e. use GetROProperty to retrieve the value for "disabled" property of the object.. it has values either 0 or 1

    hey thanks... can you please send me the link to that post or may be if u know the post no or something in which this problem is discussed..... i am new to QTP so dont realy know how to use it... may be the detailed thing can help me out.

    Yes. You can. Replace WebButton to WebRadioGroup.
