Help requested for Data Driven Framework approach

We are trying to map out the actions we perform with the mouse when we test our Windows Calculator. For that we are using an excel sheet similar like the one given below. This should happen irrespective of the application. The "Window" column contains the name of the application window where we're performing the mouse action (in this case, they all happen to be in the Calculator window usually in applications it will defer). The "Control" column names the type of control the mouse is clicking (in this case they are buttons). The "Action" column lists the action taken with the mouse (or by the tester). And the "Arguments" column names a specific control (1, 2, 3, 5, +, -, and so on).

Scenario # Window Control Action Arg

    1. add Calculator Button Press 1
    Calculator Button Press +
    Calculator Button Press 3
    Calculator Button Press =
    Calculator Send report
    Calculator Button Clear

This table represents one complete test; more can be made as needed in order to represent a series of tests. We require help to develop a program or a set of scripts that reads in each step, executes the step based on the keyword contained the Action field, performs error checking, and logs any relevant information.
note:- please refer the attached document for more details.

you can loop through the rows, concatenate them as a single statement and execute it till end of rows.

What did you find in the search results before you posted your question? I am pretty sure there would have been a number of posts that answer this question.
