PC locks even when keypress is active
I created a vbs file to simulate UP arrow keypress every 59 seconds. I also set the screensaver to "None". But when I run the vbs file with keypress running, I see PC locks and brings up the login window. This prevents QTP from running.
I went to Display properties > Screen Saver settings and I see the following settings below graded.
1) Wait: 15 minutes
2) "On resume, password protect" checkbox is checked
Is there a way to override these settings by simulating keypress event? any other ideas?
Re: PC locks even when keypress is active
This is the 3rd time this week that this issue has been brought up in yet another new thread. It sounds like you are on a corporate PC that has been configured by your IT group to lock after 15 minutes for security reasons.
