Executing a script when the system is Locked

QTP 9.2
Although this sounds weird.. I need to know whether there is any way to execute a script when the desktop is locked.

The reason I am asking this is because I execute the scripts before I leave the office, and when I come back the script is failed. I found that the office boys come in the night and clean the system and in the process disturb the script execution (maybe they fiddle with the keyboard). I also tried putting a note in my system informing not to be touched but again the same result.
Hence am asking this question
