Using DotNetFactory object
I have created a Dll using Vb.Net and i tried to access functions it from QTP using DotNetFactory object.
I am stuck with the following error:
Error:"Cannot Load Assembly testDll"
The Custom Dll which i created has
so i coded as below in QTP
assembly = "testDll"
Set var_CreateInstance = DotNetFactory.CreateInstance (objectType, assembly)
but i could execute the following code :
objectType = "System.Windows.Forms.MessageBox"
assembly = "System.Windows.Forms"
netmsgbox = DotNetFactory.CreateInstance(objectType, assembly)
netmsgbox.Show "Hello World!", ".NET Message Box"
So how should i specify typename and assemblyname in DotNetFactory object for custom built Dll??
