I'm using a RunTime Object Method called "FindRow" to locate a particular table row that contains a specific string. This method's first argument accepts a string.
intRow = objC1FlexGrid.FindRow(strFind, rowStart, col, caseSensitive, fullMatch, wrap)
Is there a way to pass a regular expression instead of a string? For example, how can I search for any table row that begins with "73", or any table row that is not empty?
I'm not familiar with "FindRow".
Is it a built-in function or is it one you've created?
If you have access to the function and can modify the code, you can write it to accept a regular expression then use that to find a match within the function.
If you don't have exposure to the code of the function, you may have to create your own function to replace it.
