I am using the following code to see if a value in column matches value in my datatable and then doubleclick the cell in other column against that row
rowCount=JavaWindow"Admin.".JavaTable"Record 126 of 126".GetROProperty"rows"
intRow = 0
Do While intRow<=rowCount-1
If DataTable.Value"Column_Name","Global" = JavaWindow"Admin.".JavaTable"Record 126 of 126".GetCellData intRow,1 Then
JavaWindow"Admin.".JavaTable"Record 126 of 126".DoubleClickCell intRow,0,LEFT
However at the line I am trying to double click i am getting the following error
Cannot identify the item for object "Record 126 of 126". Verify that this item's properties match an item currently displayed in your application.
The fact is this object is in repository and is working fine as msgbox rowCount gives me the rowCount and if the same code is used to select the row whose value is intRow
JavaWindow"Admin.".JavaTable"Record 126 of 126".SelectRowintRow
it works fine.
Here definatelly should be brackets:
1. GetROProperty ("rows")
2. GetCellData (intRow,1)
3. If (DataTable.Value("Column_Name","Global") = JavaWindow("Admin.").JavaTable("Record 126 of 126").GetCellData (intRow,1)) Then
4. 5. every place, where them are required :-}
If "for some reason you had to take out brackets", the code will never work.
You can not use your own syntax instead of required one.
(Unless you develop your own function with your own rules. Then, whoever would use your function - should follow your function rules in order to make it working)
