This question is already raised in Testpartner forum, http://www.qaforums.com/cgi-bin/foru...=001318#000000
but i was unable to find an answer.
I had the same issue in QTP also.
QTP is identifying my TK gui as a gui object and i was forced to do operations based on their co-ordinate locations.
Anybody has a solution for this?
Excuse my ignorance, but what is TK? Is it some sort of terminal emulator?
I like what i know and I know what i like
Ok, so this 'software' you are using is unsupported opensource? am i correct? Second of all the application is doing what?
i think qtp dont have addin for tcl/tk.
i faced same type of problem.
we used shortcut keys(like alt+p...),tabs and arrow keys instead of screen location.
so,i suggest use shortcut keys instead of co-ordinates.
